Request for Proposals (RFP) Now Open
WHAT: Denver Economic Development & Opportunity (DEDO) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations that facilitate solutions addressing commercial affordability challenges experienced by Denver’s small businesses, with a focus on historically underserved businesses with legacy characteristics and neighborhoods that may experience more severe economic challenges.
WHO: Funded with $10 million in federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, this initiative will distribute performance-based awards to one or more organizations for the implementation of creative strategies that address commercial affordability challenges through transformational real estate initiatives and associated capacity building, technical assistance/wraparound services.
WHEN: The deadline to submit a proposal is Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. MDT.
