Two important boards have vacancies and are actively seeking applicants for these seats.
1. Denver Planning Board
The Planning Board considers land use matters and makes recommendations to City Council and the Mayor on area plans, zoning code amendments, and rezonings. The board seeks candidates with experience and interest in planning and design, mobility and housing. Candidates from South Denver and neighborhoods identified by the Neighborhood Equity and Stabilization Team are especially encouraged to apply

2. Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment decides cases regarding the Denver Zoning Code and Former Chapter 59. The board hears zoning variance requests and appeals from applicants who believe the zoning administrator erred in a decision regarding the zoning code.
