Denver Municipal Band – Free Performances

The Denver Municipal Band has been building community through music in the Denver-metro area since 1861. (Yes, it’s been around longer than Colorado has been a state!) Because you’re already such fantastic supporters of the Denver Municipal Band already, we wanted to make sure you know about free concerts in your area.
  • Thursday, August 15 our concert band will perform at 6:30 p.m. in Central Park Conservatory Green North. Look for us at E 49th Pl & Valentia St, Denver, CO 80238.
  • Friday, August 16 our jazz band will perform at Bates and Hobart Park at 6:30 p.m. Bates and Hobart is located at 6000 W Bates Ave, Denver, CO 80227.
  • Saturday, August 17 starting at 11 a.m. our brass ensemble will perform at the South by Southeast Festival in Bible Park. The park is located at 6802 E Yale Ave, Denver, CO 80224.
  • Sunday, August 18 the brass quintet will perform in Genesee Park starting at 4 p.m. Genesee Park is located at 26771 Genesee Ln, Golden, CO 80401.
  • Saturday, August 24 the jazz band will play Mayfair Park at 6 p.m. This park is hopping! Join us at E 10th Ave. near Jersey St 80220.
  • Sunday, August 25 the concert band will perform at 6:30 at Cranmer Park – 4501 E 1st Ave, Denver, CO 80220.
Every concert is 100% free. Please bring your blankets, chairs, snacks or picnic, kids, and dogs! Check out our calendar on denvermunicipalband.org
