Near SE Area Plan-Zoom Workshop

First draft presentation. All residents are invited to join City-led presentations to discuss the plan at this upcoming community workshop: Harvey Cohen, a former WDCA president, has represented our neighborhood on the steering committee. Winston Downs residents opted to see what this plan provided in lieu of pursuing a conservation overlay for Winston Downs in 2017.
