Winston Downs Community Association – Annual Meeting & Board Elections

This meeting is held in person and is open to all WD residents and homeowners. 560  S Monaco Pkwy. Discussions about neighborhood issues, special guest speakers and elections of new board members. Board elections are done on a staggered basis to ensure continuity. Board meets once a month usually via Zoom. Board terms are 2 years.

All residents welcome to Annual Meeting/Board Election April 21 – in-person meeting.

Membership is required for serving on the board. If interested in serving on the Board, please email info@winstondowns.org  with subject line INTERESTED IN SERVING ON BOARD OR BECOMING A COMMITTEE CHAIR OR MEMBER.  Membership is not required to attend as a guest. Membership is not required to chair or participate on committees. Committees:  Safety, Communications, News Delivery (to every occupied home), Clean Up Efforts/Beautification, Social Events
