DESCRIPTION:Apply by May 13th!\nCitywide Mentor-Protégé Program\nWhat: Denver Economic Development & Opportunity‘s Division of Small Business Opportunity is now receiving applications for the Citywide Mentor-Protégé Program to help expand the capacity of certified minority and women-owned businesses\, and address some of the challenges faced by small firms as they pursue city contracting opportunities. \nWho: This program is designed to develop long term business relationships between established prime contractors\, certified minority and women-owned business firms and city agencies. \nWhy: Through mentorship\, certified minority and women-owned businesses can learn from larger firms and develop the necessary skills to help scale their businesses. DESCRIPTION:Posted on April 14\, 2024by Jane\n\n\n\n\n\nDistrict 5’s Inaugural Transit Touch-up Day on May 19 from 8:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.! \nI’m sure you’ve all driven around the community and noticed RTD bus stop benches looking a bit unsightly. We want to fix that! Our office has compiled a list of every RTD bus stop bench in District 5 and rated them a 1\, 2\, or 3. 1’s are in most dire need of a fresh coat of paint\, 2’s will need a fresh coat of paint soon\, and 3’s can wait for a fresh coat of paint later. On May 19th\, 23 bus stop benches are slated to be cleaned and re-painted. Over the next few years\, the rest of the benches will be painted. We need your help promoting the event!
