DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, March 2nd 9 am to 1 pm District 3 Station 1625 S University Blvd \nREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED – VERY LIMITED SPACE \nIn this class\, we teach the art of self-defense known as Krav Maga – which is a military self-defense and fighting system developed for the Israeli Defense Forces. This is the same system taught to every Denver Police officer while in the police academy. \nWe are not doing anything ‘ninja-like’; you will learn techniques you can do at home. People of all ages have participated in this class with no issue. \nThe age limit is 12 years-of-age (NO EXCEPTIONS); a waiver must be signed by their parent or legal guardian. \nWe ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to park\, complete a waiver\, and get settled-in. We will provide water and snacks since we DO NOT break for lunch. \nPlease come in work-out attire and shoes. \nYOU MUST BE A DENVER RESIDENT OR WORK IN DENVER TO ATTEND. \nTHIS CLASS IS FOR ANYONE THAT MAY BE INTERESTED IN LEARNING PERSONAL SAFETY TECHNIQUES!! \nLink to register: https://shorturl.at/sBNVX
