We’re excited to invite you to participate in Mile High Trunk or Treat, presented by the Far East Center in partnership with the Denver Police Department and other community leaders. You are receiving this email because you play a vital role in the community. The event will take place on Friday, October 25th, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Empower Field Stadium Parking Lot C.
Last year, we welcomed around 3,500 attendees at the Far East Center with 55 decorated trunks. Now, in its fourth year, this Halloween tradition is going bigger and better than ever! With our new location at Empower Field, we’re aiming to host 150 decorated trunks, offering even more activities, treats, and surprises for families and the community. This is a great opportunity for your team or department to engage with Denver residents, have fun, and showcase your Halloween spirit!
We would love to invite your RNO to join the spooky fun and host a trunk to represent your organization. We are expecting over 5,000+ attendees at this year’s event. (Far East Center is also an RNO, and would love to meet its fellow members)
Here’s how you can get involved:
Host a Trunk: Decorate your vehicle, hand out candy, and showcase your team’s creativity. Share resources and provide service information to attendees.
Become a Vendor: Showcase your services, products, or organization to hundreds of families. This is for food trucks, food and drink vendors, and marketplace 10×10 tent vendors.
Sponsor the Event: Gain visibility and demonstrate your commitment to community engagement by sponsoring this exciting event. Your logo will be shared on social media and displayed at the event.
Performer/Entertainer: We’re also looking for circus acts, magicians, stilt walkers, and stage performers to make this Halloween event even more memorable!
