
A lot is happening in our office, and we are excited to announce that, beginning Monday, Dec. 29, all Denver Clerk & Recorder (DCR) services will be consolidated and moving into one building, at 200 W. 14th Ave. (where the Denver Elections Division has been). The services we currently offer at the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Building – including marriage licenses, land recordings, deeds of trust, foreclosure services, and other legal filing services – will be available exclusively in this new location.
This move makes accessing our services more convenient for constituents and reduces costs for the city. Importantly, no services are changing. Residents will continue to receive the same high-quality support from the same experienced team, now in one easier-to-access location.
