Reduced Speeds of Electric Scooters on the Highline Canal
My office worked with Lime to reduce the speed of electric scooters to 8mph along the High Line Canal between Havana Street and Parker Road. We also partnered with Fairmount Cemetery to reduce scooter speeds on their grounds. These changes will help keep residents safe as they use the trail or while visiting the cemetery.
