Drought conditions are real and serious
- Denver Water declared a Stage 1 drought on March 25th; things are not currently trending in a positive direction
- Snowpack down by over 90% from normal levels

Fines
Denver Water will conduct inspections throughout the city and fine properties that do not comply with the restrictions.
The first violation is a warning; the second is $250, and the third is $500.
